Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the strict guidelines and prohibited behaviors for all users (including registered Executive Coaches, Retreat Organizers, and Clients) accessing or utilizing the services, infrastructure, and communication tools provided by CoachingSriLanka Ltd. ("CoachingSriLanka.com").

By registering an account, subscribing to our services, or utilizing our platform to communicate, you agree to comply fully with this AUP. Violation of this AUP will result in immediate account termination without refund and potential legal action.

1. Prohibited Communications & Email Abuse

Our platform facilitates secure, transactional communication between high-net-worth clients and elite professionals. You may NOT use our system to:

• Send unsolicited marketing messages, promotions, or bulk emails to clients who have not explicitly requested them.
• Import, upload, or utilize purchased, rented, or scraped email lists.
• Send emails with deceptive subject lines, forged headers, or misleading sender identities.
• Attempt to bypass our 1-click unsubscribe mechanisms. All automated emails sent via our platform must and will include a functional opt-out link.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or any content designed to compromise account security.

2. Prohibited Content

To maintain the premium and safe nature of our marketplace, users are strictly forbidden from uploading, publishing, or transmitting any content (including coach profiles, retreat descriptions, and direct messages) that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, libelous, or constitutes a credible threat of violence.
• Promotes discrimination, hate speech, or harassment based on race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
• Violates the intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks of third parties.
• Contains explicit, adult, or pornographic material.
• Promotes illegal drugs, unregulated substances, or unauthorized medical advice.

3. System Abuse and Security Violations

Any attempt to undermine the security or integrity of CoachingSriLanka.com's computing systems or networks is strictly prohibited. Violations include, but are not limited to:

• Data Scraping: Using automated scripts, bots, or spiders to extract personal data, coach directories, or pricing information from our servers.
• DDoS Attacks: Intentionally overloading our infrastructure or APIs to disrupt service for other users.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our system or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.

4. Coach & Organizer Responsibilities

Professionals registered on our platform acting in a capacity to host retreats or provide coaching must ensure that all representations of their services are accurate. Misrepresentation of qualifications, bait-and-switch pricing tactics, or failure to deliver paid services booked through our platform constitutes a severe violation of this AUP and will result in a permanent ban.

5. Enforcement and Account Suspension

CoachingSriLanka Ltd. reserves the right to actively monitor platform usage to ensure compliance with this AUP. We retain sole discretion to determine whether a violation has occurred.

Upon detecting a violation, we may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice:

• Immediate suspension or permanent termination of the offending account.
• Deletion or modification of any violating content.
• Reporting the prohibited activity to relevant law enforcement agencies and our infrastructure partners (e.g., Mailgun).

6. Reporting Violations

If you believe a user, coach, or retreat organizer is violating this AUP, or if you have received unsolicited communication that appears to originate from our infrastructure, please report it immediately to our abuse team.
